8/11/03: "We sat though an entire CO class today.  It was a class of Sudanese, both Nuer and Dinka, and Congolese.  All know English pretty well and were P-1 referrals---meaning they did not really have family in the US bringing them over. Therefore, their questions were much more honest wondering about the US, everything from history and climate to job situations and police interaction. The smaller, more straightforward class was certainly refreshing."
