Savannah is an amazing town tucked away on the southeastern shore of Georgia. Its historic homes, numerous park squares, old churches, and riverside walk give it more of a European feel than that of small Georgia town. The cemeteries and old oaks draped with Spanish moss give it a haunting romanticism as well. The city became especially famous with the release of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, and you are reminded of that with the images and references all over the city. (2002)

Calhoun Square showcases some of the moss-draped oaks which can be found all over Savannah. The Mercer House---site of the killing which was made famous in the novel Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. A picture of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist from one of Savannah's squares. A boat travels along the Savannah River. The beaches of Tybee Island near Savannah---a bright contrast to the city's "spooky" side.
