<\/a>This excellent exposition of the biographical M&P song “Creeque Alley” gives all kinds of interesting information about the group and its members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spanky and Our Gang<\/a>
Elaine “Spanky” McFarlane was a member of the ’60s group Spanky and Our Gang.  In the ’80s, she would join the new Mamas & Papas singing the parts of Cass Elliot.  This link contains fan site listings for her and her original group<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gibson Artwork<\/a>
The site of Jill Gibson who temporarily replaced Michelle in the group in 1966.  This site is has nothing to do with the M&P but does feature Jill’s current work as an artist\/sculptor and her photos of the Monterey Festival.
